Pupils will be considered as candidates for admission to the school when the registration form has been completed and returned and the non-refundable fee paid.

One Term’s Fees |
A place is guaranteed once the Security Deposit is paid. This deposit is payable in full by 1 April of the preceding academic year in order for your child to be secured a place in the school. Subject to one term’s notice, security deposits are refunded one calendar month after the end of the academic year or term in which the student is leaving.

(Examination fees for IGCSE and A levels are payable in January – allow for € 100 per subject).
TERMS OF PAYMENT
a) Annual - For full year fees received on or before the first day of September term only, a 2.5% discount will be given.
b) Termly - (in 3 instalments) by the first day of school of each term.
c) A 2.5% discount will be allowed for a second and third child enrolled from the same family.
d) Transport - A 10% discount will be given to siblings.
PENALTIES
For payments not received by the first day of school, late penalty charge of € 15.00 will be charged. Thereafter, a 2.5% per month penalty will be charged on the amount overdue. In cases where the fees have not been received within two weeks of the start of term, the pupil may be excluded until such time as the full fees are received.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Security Deposit is the equivalent of one term’s fee. This deposit is payable in full by 1 April of the preceding academic year in order for a child to be secured a place in the school. This deposit is refundable on condition that parents give a full one term’s written notice before the pupil leaves the school, all library books and locker keys have been returned and there are no other monies outstanding. Security deposits are payable irrespective of whether the annual fees are paid in full.
ADMISSIONS
Although admission is not entirely dependent on academic ability, admission is reserved and is subject to an interview and/or test. In addition, an official school report card or transcript of grades covering the previous year has to be submitted.
OTHER
The school reserves the right to require a pupil’s immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal for a grave disciplinary offence, or if the school considers such a withdrawal to be in the best interest of the pupil or the establishment, and to cancel the agreement with the parents to provide education for the pupil. Admission of a pupil implies that the terms and conditions contained in this document have been agreed upon. |
