The subjects that will be offered subject to demand include (1) Business Studies; (2) Economics; (3) Maths; (4) Media Studies; (5) History; (6) Literature; (7) English Language; (8) Portuguese; (9) Global Perspectives; (10) Art & Design; (11) Environmental Management; (12) I.T and (13) Travel & Tourism.

The widened subject choice has been made possible by the school's existing and expanding teaching faculty. All teachers have high levels of qualifications and experience. Over 90% of the teaching faculty hold a Masters degree or two Bachelors, more than any other international school in Portugal and one of a select few in the world. By regularly evaluating teaching methods and improving facilities, VVIS is one of the few schools that can claim 100% university offers for its A2 Level students.

Fees for the AS/A2 Level subjects are priced at €2,000 per subject. Admission is reserved and dependant on an interview and admissions test.
