Primary & Secondary Art School Teacher

A vacancy exists at VVIS for a qualified Primary and Secondary Art School Teacher. The successful candidate will commence in September 2026.

Job Description

As the Primary and Secondary Art Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons to inspire our pupils aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.

Able to structure Art & Design lessons and be able to initiate art projects for the whole school. First language English is not a requirement, but the candidate must be able to communicate with students, with their wellbeing at heart.

You will be a part of a supportive team dedicated to providing high-quality education, joining a team who are dedicated to providing the very best education to our pupils while creating a safe and supportive classroom environment fostering critical thinking and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare and deliver interactive lessons to inspire and guide all students.
Provide instruction through differentiation and meeting the needs of students.
Participate in professional development activities supported by the management of the school.
Offer a safe and supportive classroom environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in Education.
Experience as a Art Teacher.
Strong communication skills, working collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
Availability to attend Parents-Teachers meetings.
A strong commitment to students' academic, social, and emotional development, aligned with VVIS values.
